Katie Schofield is a research scientist and nutritionist who has a PhD in athlete health, specializing in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) and low energy availability (LEA). Her doctoral study was inspired by her personal experiences as a professional track cyclist. She has a passion for educating and informing exercising populations on topics such as RED-S, LEA, health, nutrition and athletic performance; all with the goal to empower and sustain happy healthy athletes who consistently rock out amazing performances.
