Many folks make their charitable donations around the end of the year. And often, the process to do so is quite haphazard. Instead of taking meaningful and thoughtful time to choose a non-profit organization that supports one’s values, recipients of such vital dollars are often decided upon based on popularity, advertising, or size.

This week, Shaunna and Lisa discuss how to thoughtfully decide on a non-profit to which to donate your money, as well as how non-profit organizations — such as endurance sport-affiliated groups — can encourage folks to donate to them.
